Nikola Virijević

From the pitch to the negotiating table

Born on 25 March 1984 in Belgrade, Nikola Virijević built his professional playing career across four countries, with a journey that took him from Belgrade's youth football to Torpedo Moscow. When a serious injury brought his playing career to an end, he carried his experience, ambition and understanding of the game into a new chapter in international football business.

Since 2014, Nikola has established himself as a successful businessman, football agent and intermediary. With 12 years of experience in the industry, he combines a former player's perspective with a clear understanding of the business behind the sport, helping players and clubs make decisions that support lasting success.

His work connects him with agents, sporting directors and club presidents around the world. Over the years, he has developed a strong international network across Europe, built close relationships in the Middle East and strengthened connections in the United States. These partnerships are founded on personal trust, professional commitment and a shared ambition to create opportunities in football.

At the heart of his approach are integrity, discretion and a long-term commitment to the people he represents. Having experienced professional football firsthand, Nikola understands that every career decision carries both sporting and personal significance.

Beyond football and business, Nikola is a devoted family man, a proud father of four children and a husband. His family remains his greatest source of strength and motivation, grounding the ambition and dedication he brings to every part of his life.
